• الَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِعَلِيٍّ ‏ “‏ يَا عَلِيُّ لاَ تُتْبِعِ النَّظْرَةَ النَّظْرَةَ فَإِنَّ لَكَ الأُولَى وَلَيْسَتْ لَكَ الآخِرَةُ  Narrated Buraydah ibn al-Hasib: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: to Ali: Do not give a second look, Ali, (because) while you are not to blame for the first, you have no right to the second. (Sunan Abu Dawood 2149)

• Surround Yourself with Positive Influences: Engage with supportive friends or mentors who encourage good habits and offer accountability in your struggle.

• Keep Yourself Busy with Productive Activities: Fill your free time with hobbies, learning, exercise, or volunteering to prevent idle moments that could lead to temptation.

• Seek Professional Help if Needed: If pornography has become an addiction, don’t hesitate to seek help from a therapist or counselor specializing in sexual behavior.

• Make Sincere Tawbah (Repentance): If you slip, turn to Allah in repentance with a sincere heart and resolve not to return to the sin.
